Sofitel Al Hamra Beach Resort is hiring an experienced Duty Manager in Ras Al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. The role oversees daily hotel operations across departments, leads and coaches staff, handles guest inquiries and complaints, manages crises and operational decisions, monitors financial and operational metrics, coordinates with hotel departments, supports scheduling and recruitment, and ensures compliance with health, safety, privacy, and company policies. The position requires flexible 24/7 shifts and includes a preferred hospitality management diploma, at least three years of relevant hospitality or corporate operational experience, shift-management and leadership experience, PMS and Microsoft Office proficiency, and strong communication, analytical, financial, and crisis-management skills.
