Description
The Duty Manager at Rydges World Square is the shift leader responsible for coordinating hotel operations across all departments, supporting the guest experience, managing complaints and crises, driving room-rate and occupancy outcomes, maintaining financial controls, supporting staff, and ensuring security, asset protection, and workplace health and safety compliance. The role requires prior experience in a hotel Duty Manager, Shift Manager, or senior Front Office position, along with strong leadership, guest relations, commercial, systems, and emergency-procedure knowledge.
