Description
The Duty Manager leads hotel front-office operations and guest-service performance, including check-in and check-out, cashiering, guest issue resolution, safety and security, reporting, and coordination with other departments. The role also coaches and develops associates, supports departmental goals, and serves as a management representative during weekends, after-hours, and public holidays. It requires a hospitality-related diploma, at least three years of hotel front-office, guest-relations, or customer-experience experience, including two years in a supervisory or leadership role, along with knowledge of hotel operating systems, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and availability for shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
