Description
Transdev is hiring several full-time Duty Managers for its Berlin and Munich sites on a one-year fixed-term contract. The role serves as the first point of contact for drivers and depot employees, oversees safe autonomous-vehicle operations, manages staffing and vehicle preparation, handles operational disruptions, supports employee training, monitors process deviations, and contributes to compliance and continuous improvement. Candidates need excellent English, a valid Class B driver’s license, at least three years of driving experience, managerial experience in comparable operations, strong safety awareness, shift willingness, and very good German skills.
