Description
Premier Inn is recruiting a Duty Manager for its Milton Keynes Willen Lake hotel. The role involves leading shifts across reception, housekeeping, and the restaurant; supporting and coaching team members; resolving guest issues; maintaining safety and hotel operations; and working with the Hotel Manager and wider leadership team. It is a permanent contract with 10 guaranteed hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and busy guest periods, paying up to £13.86 per hour. Hotel experience is not required, but prior leadership in a busy customer-facing environment is beneficial, and the role includes training, career progression, pension, and employee benefits.
