Description
The DWP Mobility Engineer [L3/SME Level] will manage the full lifecycle of corporate mobile devices, including setup, replacements, SIM activations, service plan changes, and offboarding. The role serves as a senior escalation point for complex mobility issues involving phones, tablets, Macs, applications, connectivity, and Microsoft Intune-managed devices; works heavily in ServiceNow; coordinates with carriers, hardware vendors, Microsoft support, and other service providers; supports VIP users and high-priority incidents; creates SOPs and technical documentation; monitors recurring issues and service KPIs; and supports an enterprise mobility environment. The position is a full-time contract of 40 hours per week for 12 months or more, with an 8-hour Monday-to-Friday schedule and hybrid work in São Paulo, Brazil.
