Description
Counseling In Schools is hiring a full-time Assistant Program Director/Content Specialist to support the Program Director with after-school program operations, supervision, compliance, staffing, enrollment, and data management. The role also leads curriculum review across STEM, literacy, arts, leadership, and social-emotional learning; provides instructional coaching and professional development; and supports family and community engagement. The position is onsite Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and requires a bachelor’s degree, at least one year of supervisory or content-oversight experience, and at least two years of direct youth experience. Compensation is $50,000–$55,000, with medical, dental, and vision coverage.
