Counseling In Schools is hiring a full-time Program Director to lead the COMPASS after-school program onsite Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The role manages daily operations, staff supervision, enrollment and reporting, curriculum design, compliance, student safety, and partnerships with schools, families, and community stakeholders. The position reports to a Senior Program Director and requires a background in social work, education, or related fields or at least three years of youth-development experience, along with strong leadership, communication, organizational, and computer skills. Compensation is $65,000 to $78,000, with medical, dental, and vision coverage and other benefits.
