Description
The Production Operator will start and complete chemical processes, weigh and fill raw materials and dyes, set process parameters, perform reaction tests and adjustments, thermally treat pigment, record pigment handling, and direct an assistant operator. The role requires stable industrial experience, forklift experience, Dutch fluency, and willingness to work rotating early and late shifts with occasional night work. It offers a base hourly wage of €23.21, shift and night premiums, meal vouchers, a commuting or bicycle allowance, and the option of a permanent contract after 85 days.
