Description
The DPO (Dynamic Positioning Operator) serves as a junior DP watchstander, operating under the guidance of a senior DPO. This role involves maintaining the vessel's position on station, monitoring critical DP systems, and communicating effectively with the rig floor, ROV, and engine control room. Responsibilities include continuous monitoring of weather conditions, optimizing vessel position, assisting with preventative maintenance, and ensuring adherence to safety and environmental compliance.
