Description
The Lead Stretch Specialist delivers one-on-one Dynamic Stretch sessions, conducts member assessments, creates personalized stretching programs, mentors stretch specialists, educates the Life Time team on recovery therapies, and maintains a recovery space. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years of assisted-stretch experience, CPR and AED certification, Pilates training, and knowledge of anatomy, physiology, nutrition, and psychology. Compensation is commission-based, with minimum pay exceeding 1.5 times applicable minimum wage per hour, and benefits include a subsidized membership, discounts, retirement matching, training, paid leave, and for full-time members, medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage.
