HSBC is hiring an Associate Director, Solution Architecture to define and own end-to-end CRM solution architecture, including microservices, integrations, APIs, data flows, and enterprise AI solutions using Azure OpenAI and GCP Vertex AI. The role covers architecture artefacts, engineering delivery assurance, CI/CD, observability, production readiness, cross-cloud architecture, and stakeholder-led architecture decisions. Candidates need strong Azure, AI engineering, CRM integration, software engineering, DevOps, and cross-cloud expertise.

Required Previous Experiences: Experience with Azure cloud services and integration patterns
