Bosch Global Software Technologies Private Limited is hiring an experienced Dynamics 365 Developer to design, configure, customize, integrate, test, and deploy CRM solutions centered on Dynamics 365 Customer Service Workspace with Contact Center and Customer Insights–Journeys. The role covers omnichannel contact-center configuration, real-time marketing journeys, segmentation, integrations, Power Platform development, Azure services, security, CI/CD, troubleshooting, and collaboration with business teams. A bachelor’s degree in engineering or MCA and 5–8 years of experience, including at least 3 years with Dynamics 365 and Marketing, are required.
