The specialist will collaborate with a Technical Lead and delivery team to customize D365, develop extensions, manage integrations, and ensure defect resolution, all while emphasizing quality, maintainability, and effective delivery.

Additional Information

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Dynamics 365 Contact Centre, Omnichannel for Customer Service or Customer Service workspace.
Knowledge of telephony, case routing, queues, SLAs, knowledge management or customer service automation.
Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio or AI-enabled service processes.
Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with third-party systems.
Knowledge of Azure Functions, Logic Apps or Service Bus.
Familiarity with Power Pages or customer-facing portals.
Experience working in regulated, financial services or insurance environments.
