Description
PrePass is hiring a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Business Analyst to serve as a functional subject matter expert for D365 Sales and bridge Sales, Revenue Operations, IT, and enterprise technology teams. The role covers requirements gathering, process analysis, configuration and solution delivery, data quality and governance, user acceptance testing, training, adoption, and ongoing production support. Candidates need at least five years of D365 Sales experience, including hands-on configuration or functional experience across at least two full implementation or enhancement projects, along with knowledge of Power Platform, integrations, CRM data governance, and stakeholder engagement.
