Martin Technologies is hiring a full-time, on-site Dynamometer Test Engineer / Technologist in Dearborn, Michigan to support automotive powertrain and propulsion testing. The role involves building and executing dynamometer tests, configuring test-cell software, validating data and instrumentation, troubleshooting hardware and data-acquisition issues, coordinating with engineering and facility teams, and maintaining testing documentation. Candidates need hands-on dynamometer or automotive test-cell experience, knowledge of instrumentation and calibration, and the ability to troubleshoot and validate test results; automotive OEM, Tier 1, powertrain testing, or engineering-services experience is preferred. The position is a morning-shift, 100% on-site role with no visa sponsorship or relocation assistance.
