Description
The E&C Engineer will support Xcel's energy supply projects group by managing emergent capital projects at power plants and assisting with larger base and major capital projects. The role develops project scopes and justifications, submits requests through Xcel's emergent capital process, manages project execution, coordinates contractors, and supports reliability engineering. It requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline, at least two years of experience, strong project-management and communication skills, and familiarity with a manufacturing or power-plant environment.
