Description
The Industrial Maintenance Technician will perform broad industrial maintenance across electrical, instrumentation, mechanical, plumbing, and safety systems, including troubleshooting, repairs, rebuilds, alignment, and preventive maintenance. The role requires a Monday-Friday 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. schedule, overtime, emergency call-ins, weekend coverage, travel to other mills and the Little Falls office, and physical work involving lifting, climbing, and scaffold work. Compensation is $26.10-$35.81 per hour depending on experience, with medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, vacation, and holiday benefits.
