MOD BIKES is hiring a full-time E-Bike Assembler to join its Austin Garage team. The role assembles electric bikes from parts, installs and wires motors, batteries, controllers, displays, and sensors, torques components to specification, performs safety and function checks, maintains build stations, tracks parts, and supports maintenance or repairs during downtime. Candidates should have hands-on mechanical or electronics assembly experience, comfort with hand tools and basic wiring, attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds; weekend and holiday work may be required. The position is on-site at the Austin shop and offers $20–$30 per hour, medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, employee discounts, and promotion opportunities.
