Description
The Electronic Billing (E-Billing) Specialist processes client invoices, monitors and resolves e-billing rejections, verifies client setup and billing rates, supports attorneys and clients with billing questions, submits accruals, and provides invoice-status updates. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least three years of e-billing experience in a law firm or professional services organization, and familiarity with BillBlast, 3E or Elite accounting systems, Microsoft Office, and related accounting systems. The position is based in a clerical office and requires applicants to be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
