Description
The E-Commerce Associate will process and coordinate customer orders across Shopify, Amazon, Kaufland, and eBay; monitor orders through shipment; prepare shipping documents and Amazon FBA shipments; coordinate with the warehouse and DHL; check inventory and delivery status; and handle order and delivery inquiries. The role requires computer and MS Office proficiency, German skills, and a structured, responsible working style, while experience with e-commerce, Amazon Seller Central, shipping platforms, and logistics is advantageous.
