Description
The E-Commerce Clerk selects and assembles products for online orders, prioritizes freshness and quality, processes payments, communicates fulfillment issues, handles substitutions and exceptions, and prepares orders for in-store pickup, curbside, or kiosk/locker retrieval. The role also supports productivity goals, maintains a clean and safe work area, stocks supplies, reports discrepancies, and follows food-safety and regulated-product-handling protocols while providing a positive customer experience.
