Description
The e-commerce order picker selects, assembles, processes, bags, and delivers customers’ online orders at a store pickup location. The role requires maintaining product freshness and quality, following food-safety and store procedures, communicating with customers, handling substitutions and exceptions, maintaining staging areas, and supporting new team members. It requires independent work, communication, basic math, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment; production, warehouse, stocking, or cashier experience is desired.
