The role owns product strategy, sourcing, supplier negotiations, listing optimization, inventory and fulfillment planning, performance metrics, and scalable processes. Candidates need at least four years of experience owning product selection, sourcing, and scaling, strong commercial and operational judgment, vendor relationship and negotiation skills, and prior remote work experience. Preferred qualifications include experience in home and garden, tools, electronics, store relaunches, SKU pipelines, Amazon Ads, and team leadership.
