Coupang is hiring a Product Selection Project Team Lead in Taiwan to lead a small team of 5 to 10 people and drive product selection projects. The role owns staffing allocation, performance and attendance management, data accuracy, productivity, training, and process improvement, while independently conducting product research, attribute comparisons, and workflow optimization. Candidates should have strong product acumen, logical reasoning, autonomy, e-commerce interest, and preferably experience in administration or project management, along with advanced Excel data-processing skills.
