Mitchell Companies and Chesapeake Beverage are hiring a Digital Commerce Representative in Washington, DC to build relationships with retail accounts, increase adoption of the BEES digital ordering platform, train customers, support onboarding, monitor account activity, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with field sales teams. The role requires strong communication, relationship-building, organizational, and time-management skills, along with the ability to learn and teach digital platforms; a high school diploma is required, a bachelor's degree is strongly preferred, and beverage industry sales, account management, customer service, or related experience is preferred. A valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout an assigned territory are also required.
