Description
The MCCN Clinical Coordinator supports Mosaic Life Care providers in requesting and submitting e-Consults and referrals through Mayo Clinic Carelink, coordinates clinical aspects of the MCCN relationship, educates providers and caregivers about MCCN tools, and collaborates with Mayo Clinic and internal teams on clinical projects and meetings. The role requires an RN state or compact licensure, three years of clinical experience, and travel to off-site locations; a nursing degree or diploma is preferred.
