The role supervises Project Managers and Project Supervisors, leads Document Center operations, coordinates with attorneys, case managers, contracting officers, and technical teams, and oversees quality, timeliness, staffing, scheduling, security, and delivery. The position requires a bachelor's degree, at least six years of progressively responsible e-discovery or litigation support experience, including one year of project management experience, and familiarity with platforms such as Relativity, Clearwell, iCONECT, Casepoint, and Everlaw. It requires DOJ MBI clearance, up to 10% local travel, and offers tuition reimbursement for Relativity and ACEDS certifications.
