Description
The role manages a team of 5 to 12 individual contributors and consultants while leading the complete lifecycle of electrical machine design, from advanced manufacturing and supplier coordination through test-bench analysis, qualification, and mass-production launch. Responsibilities include assigning design tasks, monitoring project schedules, planning resources, developing design standards and workflows, and advising design engineers. The position requires a bachelor's degree or higher in an electrical engineering-related discipline, equivalent mechanical-engineering experience with high-speed rotors, and at least 10 years of electric-machine design experience, preferably in automotive or aerospace environments.
