Description
The E-commerce Merchandising Manager will lead the recruitment and development of the E-commerce Merchandising team for Hermès Middle East and drive product strategy, buying, assortment planning, stock management, visual merchandising, editorial content, and search-engine-acquisition performance. The role reports to the E-commerce Project Manager, collaborates with European and Group Digital teams, and requires at least eight years of retail merchandising experience, e-commerce experience, a bachelor’s or master’s degree, strong analytical and management skills, and flexibility to travel.
