Deloitte is hiring an E2E Process Expert in Zaventem to manage operational excellence services across enabling functions, build process knowledge, identify improvements, and deliver end-to-end process redesign and optimization. The role collaborates with IT, AI, and Data experts; maintains and standardizes process documentation; and trains process owners and project teams. Candidates need a master's degree, relevant experience, process-mapping skills, analytical ability, and strong stakeholder communication; Lean Six Sigma certification, functional-process experience, and knowledge of French or Dutch are advantageous. The position offers hybrid work and part-time employment under an 80% or 90% regime.
