Description
Magic is hiring an Account Lead to work remotely from the Philippines and manage 15–20 virtual assistants across multiple international clients. The role combines coaching and performance management of EAs, client relationship and workflow optimization, SOP maintenance, and coordination across HubSpot, Slack, Discord, Cloudtalk, ChatGPT, Workspace, and Penthouse. Candidates need at least two years of virtual assistant or executive assistant experience with international clients, one year of client success or team coordination experience, professional English, and the ability to complete the three-week training program. Compensation is ₱42,000 gross per month, with a performance bonus of ₱3,000–₱5,000 and total potential of ₱42,000–₱47,000.
