Description
The Investor Services Manager leads investor onboarding, AML/KYC review, capital activity processing, investor reporting, and client communications for private equity, credit, real estate, venture, and hedge fund clients. The role owns the investor register, escalates fund-manager and limited-partner issues, supports fund launches and client migrations, manages service-level performance, and oversees controls, audits, and process improvements. It is a client-facing middle-management position requiring a bachelor's degree, at least eight years of relevant investor services or fund administration experience, supervisory experience, and strong knowledge of private fund structures, AML/KYC, FATCA, CRS, and Excel.
