Workplace Options is hiring an EAP Clinical Counselor based in Atlanta, Georgia, with remote or hybrid work depending on proximity to the Raleigh office. The full-time entry-level role involves providing single-session telephonic and video counseling, crisis support, assessments, referrals, and documentation for participants across phone, video, chat, and email. The position requires a master’s degree in social work, counseling, or psychology, at least 2 years of direct counseling experience, and familiarity with clinical assessment tools and short-term counseling modalities such as Solution-Focused, CBT, Mindfulness, Integrative, and Systemic counseling. Compensation is $50,000 for day shifts or $58,300 for night shifts, plus benefits including medical, paid time off, 401(k) match, clinical supervision, training reimbursement, and wellness perks.
