The role includes feature development, bug fixes, performance improvements, code reviews, testing, documentation, and collaboration with product and design teams. Candidates should have 0–2 years of professional experience, programming fundamentals, and familiarity with a backend language such as Go, Python, or Node. The position is fully remote across North and South America.
