Molex is hiring Early Career Engineers for its Global Sales & Marketing team through a 6-month development program in Lisle, Illinois. Participants will receive training, mentorship, and hands-on experience in areas such as sales engineering, business development, product management, marketing, and customer engagement, with assigned roles potentially including Field Application Engineer, Sales Engineer, Business Development Engineer, Product Design Engineer, or Product Manager. Applicants should be currently enrolled in or recently completed an undergraduate or graduate degree program and demonstrate interest in technical sales or customer-facing careers; engineering or business-related degrees and leadership experience are advantageous. The program anticipates $80,000 per year plus variable pay, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
