Think Zone is hiring an early-career generalist to support growth, product, people and talent, business expansion, and regional operations for its K–8 education business. The role may involve business development, product testing, recruiting and training, customer experience improvement, frontline insights, and new-market expansion. Candidates should be collaborative, organized, analytical, problem-solving, willing to work across functions and occasionally at learning centers, and hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. Compensation is $75,000–$80,000 annually, with medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching benefits.
