Description
Pave is hiring an early-career Software Engineer for a rotational track across Banking & Payments, Trading, Investment Products, and Internal Products. The role involves shipping full-stack frontend and backend changes to production, learning the codebase and engineering culture, collaborating with senior engineers, and using AI tools to improve engineering velocity and quality. Over time, the engineer will own small domains end-to-end, participate in technical design and code reviews, and contribute to internal tooling. The posting seeks candidates with 0–2 years of software development experience, cross-stack comfort, proficiency in at least one programming language, strong problem-solving and engineering judgement, curiosity about systems and business models, and a growth mindset. A computer science degree is not required.
