WSP is hiring a full-time Early Career Structural Engineer for its Herndon, Virginia or Richmond, Virginia office. The role supports the design, development, and construction of building and infrastructure projects through site data collection, structural research and inspections, basic design assistance, documentation, and compliance with safety and engineering standards. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in structural or civil engineering or a closely related discipline, 0–1 years of relevant post-education experience, and familiarity with structural design software and relevant codes. Compensation is $63,800–$100,000, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
