Take-Two Interactive is hiring an Early Careers Program Lead to own the full-cycle recruitment and scaling of high-volume early-career programs across the United States, Canada, and Dublin. The role covers sourcing, screening, university relations, campus events, candidate experience, employer branding, vendor and stakeholder management, and data-driven recruiting reporting. It is a six-month contract with potential conversion to full-time based on performance and budget, and requires at least five years of university or junior-talent recruitment experience, a bachelor's degree, and up to 20% travel.
