Take-Two Interactive is hiring an Early Careers Program Lead for a six-month contract with potential conversion to full-time employment. The role owns the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for high-volume early-career programs across the United States, Canada, and Dublin, including sourcing, screening, university relations, campus events, candidate experience, reporting, employer branding, vendor management, and stakeholder coordination. The position requires at least five years of university or junior-talent recruitment experience, two years of diversity and inclusion experience, a bachelor's degree, and up to 20% travel. The New York base pay range is $103,700 to $153,500 per year.
