Description
The Teacher Assistant will support a classroom teacher and children by helping create a safe, structured learning environment, implementing individualized education and therapy plans, preparing instructional materials, working with small groups and individuals, documenting student progress, assisting with classroom activities, and supporting parent communication. The role requires a high school diploma or GED plus one of several early-childhood education qualifications, including a current CDA credential, and lists behavior management, disability support, and creative-curriculum experience as preferred.
