Beacon ABA Services is hiring an ABA Therapist to deliver individualized, play-based behavioral treatment to young children with autism spectrum disorder in clients’ homes and community settings. The role involves implementing treatment plans, collaborating with families and Early Intervention professionals, collecting and analyzing progress data, and adjusting strategies with supervising BCBAs. Immediate opportunities are available in Cape Cod, with blended home and center-based positions available in several Massachusetts treatment centers. The position offers a starting hourly range of $23.00–$27.00, medical and dental insurance for full-time employees, and a $1,000 full-time new-hire incentive.
