Description
The Early Childhood and Development Coach provides technical assistance, coaching, training, oversight, and support to Head Start and Early Head Start programs. The role assesses classroom staff, observes and models effective teaching practices, monitors child and teacher progress, supports curriculum and program performance goals, coordinates with program leadership, and ensures compliance with Head Start standards and child-safety requirements. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent coursework in early childhood education, at least two years of relevant experience, and experience working with infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and adult learners. The base salary starts at $41,134, with health, dental, vision, and other benefits.
