Description
Save the Children is hiring a full-time Early Childhood and Development Coach to provide technical assistance, coaching, training, oversight, and support to Head Start and/or Early Head Start programs. The role works with education and inclusion managers and program directors to improve teacher practices, monitor child and teacher progress, support curriculum and assessment implementation, and ensure compliance with Head Start Program Performance Standards. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or equivalent coursework in early childhood education, at least two years of relevant experience, experience with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, and demonstrated supervision, training, assessment, and program-planning skills. The position offers a base salary of $43,957 to $47,664 and includes health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
