Preschool De Pionier is hiring a permanent Early Childhood Educator to work with toddlers aged 2 to 4 in a safe, play-based environment. The role involves guiding groups of up to 16 children, supporting their development, involving parents, and preparing them for primary school. The position is available on Thursdays and Fridays, with an additional Wednesday opening due to long-term illness, and hours and duties can be tailored. Applicants need an SPW-3/4 or relevant childcare qualification, a VVE certificate, and Amsterdam VE language requirements. The salary is €3,035–€4,052 per month under the childcare collective labor agreement, scale 7, with additional benefits.
