Healthy Kids Programs is hiring a part-time, non-exempt Early Childhood Learning Lead Teacher for its Poughkeepsie, New York program for the 2026–2027 school year. The role pays $17.00 per hour and runs from 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., supporting transitions between toddler, preschool, and kindergarten programs; maintaining classroom records; coordinating with assistants; and leading, training, and supporting staff, interns, substitutes, and volunteers. Candidates must meet one of several education and experience pathways, be medically cleared, able to lift up to 50 pounds, and demonstrate reliability, professionalism, teamwork, and leadership.
