ConductorAI is hiring an early full-stack engineer to build and improve its core document-search and review platform. The role combines product engineering and systems work across document-processing pipelines, agentic workflow execution, database scaling, and LLM-based search and review agents. Responsibilities include developing Next.js/React interfaces, backend APIs, data models, workflow paths, and system architecture, while partnering with defense, government, and regulated commercial users. The position is fully remote for United States candidates, with New York City and Washington, DC preferred, and requires US citizenship, at least three years of professional software engineering experience, Python and TypeScript/React proficiency, and LLM/AI engineering experience.
