Description
Wiltshire Council is hiring an Early Help Advisor for its Integrated Front Door team to work with families, schools, SEND and partner agencies to identify strengths and needs, develop family-led early help plans, and access community-based support services. The role requires strong communication, operational knowledge of children's services, frontline experience with children, young people and families, analytical and assessment skills, and the ability to work autonomously in a busy multi-agency environment. It is a 37-hour-per-week temporary fixed-term role lasting 23 months, with an interview date of 20 October 2026 and a salary of £35,570–£37,563 per annum.
