Description
The Early Help Lead Worker will work directly with vulnerable and at-risk families, completing whole-family assessments and delivering tailored, strengths-based interventions to build resilience, reduce risk, and prevent needs from escalating to statutory services. The role coordinates support across schools, health colleagues, community organisations, and other professional partners, using collaborative models such as Signs of Wellbeing and the Team Around the Family approach. The position is part of a supportive hub team and encourages flexible, creative engagement with families who may be hard to reach.
